One Act Play Festival
AUDITIONS
The What:
This Thursday night and Sunday afternoon, actors ages 17 – 99 are invited to audition for nine original one act plays that will be presented in the first-ever Cranford Creations One Act Festival this December.
Audition forms may be printed, or emailed to: cdccranfordcreations@gmail.com
Each performer should also prepare a two-minute monologue of their choosing.
- It can be comedic or dramatic, but something that showcases your strengths.
On the night of the audition, performers should wait in their cars and will be called into the building one at a time to perform their monologue before the group of collective directors.
CDC Theatre is committed to diversity and encourages non-traditional casting designed to promote a positive model of inclusion. As such, CDC Theatre encourages performers of all ethnicities, gender identities, and ages, as well as performers with disabilities to audition.
The Cranford Creations Festival will be presented on Dec. 11,12 & 13 at the Cranford Dramatic Club in full cooperation of NJ COVID Guidelines.
The Where
Audition will be held at The CDC Theatre
78 Winans Avenue, Cranford, NJ
(Virtual submission will be accepted as well.)
Accessible parking is available and the theater is equipped with one wheelchair accessible restroom in the main lobby.
The When
Thursday Nov. 5 at 7:00 p.m.
Sunday Nov. 8 at 1:00 p.m.

To act on stage again and bring some wonderful new work to life in these difficult times.
