When you donate to the Name-a-Seat Program, an engraved placard with your name (or name of your choice) will be permanently attached to the arm of an auditorium seat.

*CDC Community Theatre is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All donations are tax deductible to the full extant of the law.

Need a unique location for your next party or gathering? Consider renting the CDC Theatre. The space includes a large, flexible theatre that can be set up with tables and chairs for catered events or for performances on the 28-foot long proscenium stage for an audience capacity of up to approximately 200 people.

The two-floor lobby consists of a full kitchen, large walk-in closet for coat check, ample parking next to the theatre, restroom facilities on both levels and flexible seating arrangements upstairs. The theatre and downstairs lobby are fully handicapped accessible (including restroom facility).

For a small yearly fee and a few volunteer hours, as a member of Cranford Dramatic Club you receive free tickets to shows and invitations to special events and offers not available to the general public.

Can you work a sewing machine? Are you Picasso with a paintbrush? CDC is always looking for dependable volunteers. Whether you have an hour a week, an hour a month or an hour a year to spare, we can find a volunteering opportunity to fit your particular schedule and skill set.

Volunteering opportunities include, but are not limited to, production crew (set building, painting & dressing, running crew, stage managing) and front of house (concessions, ushers, ticket sales and marketing).
