The two-time TONY Award-winning hit musical, based on Green Day's GRAMMY Award-winning multi-platinum album, boldly takes the American musical where it's never gone before. It follows the exhilarating journey of a new generation of young Americans, led by friends Johnny, Tunny and Will, as they struggle to find meaning in a post-9/11 world, borne along by Green Day's electrifying score with music and lyrics by Billie Joe Armstrong and book by Billie Joe Armstrong and Michael Mayer.
