Do you have assigned seats or is it open seating?

Our auditorium is open seating - meaning if there is an open seat, and not one with a Subscriber Reserved sign (or a person sitting in it), you are welcome to sit there.

What time does the box office open?

• Because we are 100% staffed by volunteers, the Box Office does not have traditional M-F hours.
• Tickets can be purchased online here, at the box office or at SimpleTix.
• The Box Office and lobby open approximately 45 minutes before show time, but you can always purchase tickets online up to one hour before curtain, subject to availability.
• 45 min. before show time, all remaining tickets are first come, first served at the door.
• The doors to the theatre auditorium open, and seating begins approximately 30 minutes before curtain.

Do you have reserved seating?

No, our theatre is open seating. , With the exception of Season Ticket Subscribers, we ask that Accessible/Handicapped seats be left available for those patrons who need the. The seating chart is on this page.

What is your refund policy?

We are unable to refund unused tickets after a performance has occured; however, if you know you cannot use your tickets ahead of time, pending availability, you may ask to exchange them.

Unused tickets turned into the Box Office may be tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

How can I exchange my tickets?

You can access your tickets here. Or a button will be available in your purchase confirmation email.

Simply click the button to "Change Your Event Time" and it'll allow you to exchange your ticket(s) for another available time.

Please note: 

• Exchanges are subject to availability
• We cannot exchange tickets after a performance has passed
• We cannot exchange tickets from one play to a different play

What are the parking options?

Several parking options are available in the area, including the parking lot next to the building and on-street parking across from the theatre. Accessible parking is also available.

Do you seat late arrivals?

Yes, you will be seated at the discretion of the house manager

What if the Weather is bad?

​In the case of inclement weather, refunds will be awarded only if the performance is cancelled. Ticket holders will be notified by email and may exchange their tickets for a following, pending availability.

The CDC Lobby opens approximately one hour before curtain times. 
The auditorium will open approximately 30 min. before curtain time.
