Exchanging Tickets
Now you can use our self-service and exchange your tickets quickly and easily!
Use the SimpleTix app to exchange your tickets up to 24 hours before the performance.

Please note:
Refund Policy
We are unable to offer refunds for unused tickets. If you know you cannot use your tickets, pending availability, you may ask to exchange them. Unused tickets turned into the Box Office may be tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Lost Tickets or Confirmations
If you are a subscriber or made a ticket reservation under a specific name, we can look up your reservation.
Late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of the house manager.
Do you have group rates?
If you have a group of 10 or more we can give your group a discount. Email info@cdctheatre and we’ll start a conversation to talk about your group’s needs and what options we have.
Are you available for rentals?

Box Office
- Box Office and lobby open approximately 45 min. prior to curtain, but you can always purchase tickets online up to 1 hour before curtain, subject to availability.
- 45 min. before show time, all remaining tickets are first-come, first-served at the door.
- Doors to the theatre auditorium will open and seating will begin approximately 30 min. prior to curtain.
